Hosts earn per visit hosted, regardless of whether the visitor purchases. Purchase conversion triggers an additional reward on top of the base hosting fee.

Promote to Expert: ≥4 group visits + ≥1 conversion within your first 90 days

Hold: ≥8 group visits + ≥3 conversions per 90-day window — otherwise auto-demote to Expert
- • Every evaluation window is 90 days, starting the day you enter a tier. Conversions = visitors from your demos who complete a purchase.
- • At 75% of each window you get an automatic email — congratulations if you are close to the next tier, a gentle reminder if you are behind the hold line.
- • Promotions and demotions take effect immediately with an email notice — per-visit rates and benefits adjust automatically.
- • Spacing rule currently paused — new hosts onboard without a distance check.
Payouts on the 15th of each month via Interac e-Transfer or PayPal. T4A issued if annual earnings exceed CA$500.

How to Become a Host
Receive Your Invitation (Day 7 Post-Delivery)
7 days after your MowBeetle™ arrives, you'll receive an invitation email with program details, rewards, and your application link.
Complete the Host Application
Submit 3 lawn photos, your postal code, available time slots, language preference (English / Mandarin), and lawn area. Takes about 5 minutes.
Approval Within 48 Hours
We review lawn representativeness, device stability (≥2 weeks operational), and local host density. Acceptance rate: 70%+.
Your Welcome Kit Arrives (5–7 Business Days)
Host badge sticker, spare blade set ×2, the illustrated Host Handbook 101 (also downloadable in your Host Portal), and Host discount code cards — everything you need. You're live on the map.
