1. Program Overview & Eligibility
The MowBeetle™ D2C Program (“Program”) — comprising the Customer Exclusive Program, the Guaranteed Buyback / Renewal Plan, the “Share & Earn” Referral Program, and the Lawn Lab Network™ — offers eligible customers exclusive purchasing privileges, referral rewards, buyback options, and community hosting participation. Participation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. This Program is open solely to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
2. Promotional Pricing & Launch Offers
The Early Bird launch price of CA$699.00 (MSRP CA$799.00) is valid strictly during specified promotional periods or while allocated quantities last. Promotional pricing, early-bird discounts, and referral codes may only be combined when the Company explicitly permits it in writing. Only one discount code may be applied per checkout transaction.
3. Guaranteed Buyback / Renewal Plan
Buyback requests must be submitted between Day 365 and Day 400 following the original delivery date. Buyback credit is calculated as a percentage of the customer's actual net purchase price (excluding taxes and shipping), based on official technical and physical evaluation graded A/B/C. Buyback value is issued primarily as Trade-In Credit toward then-current MowBeetle™ products. Cash buyback requests are subject to a 10% administrative processing deduction. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility (pre-paid label available for CA$35.00 flat fee deducted from final valuation).
4. “Share & Earn” Referral Program
Referred buyers receive a 5% discount on qualifying orders using a valid referral code. Referrers earn a 5% cash commission on the referred buyer's net order amount (excluding taxes and shipping). Commissions are paid via Interac e-Transfer or direct deposit after a mandatory 30-day holding period. If the referred order is cancelled, returned, or refunded within this period, the commission is voided. Self-referral is prohibited. Referral codes may not be posted on public coupon aggregation sites. Advocates must comply with CASL and disclose financial incentives when sharing codes on social/digital channels (e.g., #MowBeetleReferral). Commissions exceeding CA$500 in a calendar year may require tax reporting; the Company will issue T4A notifications where required.
5. Lawn Lab Network™ — Host Participation
Lawn Lab Network participation is voluntary and open to MowBeetle™ purchasers whose devices have been operational for ≥2 weeks and whose lawn meets program representativeness criteria. Host rewards are paid monthly on the 15th via Interac e-Transfer or PayPal. Hosts earning more than CA$500 per calendar year will receive a T4A form. Host rewards do not constitute employment income or a multi-level marketing arrangement — rewards are earned solely through hosting activity, not through recruiting other Hosts. MowBeetle™ Canada will carry activity liability insurance of ≥CA$2,000,000 covering potential property damage arising from product demonstrations. Hosts are responsible for the safety of their own private property during visits. All visitor data is collected in accordance with PIPEDA. Host addresses are only disclosed to booked visitors, not to any third party. Hosts must not simultaneously host similar demonstrations for competing robotic mower brands.
6. Performance Claims & Data Disclaimer
All performance metrics — including 90% satisfaction, 73% NPS, 62% 5-star rating rate, and 71% ultra-quiet praise — are derived from the internal Phase 1 Field Usability Program conducted with a select Canadian participant group in 2026. Individual results may vary depending on lawn size, terrain complexity, grass type, and maintenance schedule.
7. Environmental & Sustainability Claims
References to the 'Zero E-Waste Initiative' represent the Company's operational sustainability goal through certified refurbishment, NGO donation, and partner eco-disassembly programmes. This does not constitute a legal guarantee that zero waste occurs across the entirety of the manufacturing or logistics supply chain.
8. Programme Modification & Termination
MowBeetle™ Canada (Autoguard X Inc.) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Program — including buyback credit percentages, referral commission rates, host reward rates, and promotional pricing — at any time, with prior notice published on the official website. Active participants will be notified of material changes via the email address on record.
